About Our Chambers
Upholding the rule of law through thorough preparation, ethical advocacy, and dedicated courtroom representation across Rajasthan.
Our Story and Philosophy
At Chhabra Lawyers Associates, our chambers are built upon deep respect for the rule of law and an unwavering commitment to the administration of justice. The foundation of our practice lies in the recognition that legal counsel is not a commercial enterprise, but a solemn professional duty to the court and to litigants seeking fair representation.
Our philosophy centers upon thorough preparation, meticulous research of statutes and precedents, and articulate oral presentation. We believe that sound legal representation requires deep comprehension of substantive provisions combined with rigorous procedural propriety. Our advice is grounded in objective realism: we provide clients with candid, factual legal assessments, avoiding speculative promises while formulating disciplined litigation strategies.
Values of Professional Legal Practice
Integrity & Judicial Candor
Absolute transparency toward courts and clients. We believe that credibility before the judiciary is an advocate's most vital attribute.
Procedural Diligence
Every pleading, application, and evidentiary document is prepared with exhaustive attention to statutory timelines and jurisdictional prerequisites.
Respect for the Adversarial System
Vigorous courtroom representation conducted with utmost courtesy toward the Bench and professional respect for opposing counsel.
District Court and High Court Practice Model
Chhabra Lawyers Associates operates on a dual-tier practice model, bridging trial court proceedings at the District Court level in Hanumangarh with appellate and extraordinary writ jurisdiction before the Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur.
Trial Court Practice (District Court Hanumangarh): The District Court is where facts are determined, evidence is recorded, and initial determinations are made. Led by Advocate Rajesh Chhabra (practising since 1996), our trial practice focuses on charge arguments, bail applications, cross-examination, and statutory trials under both the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and special enactments like NDPS, POCSO, and the SC/ST Act.
Appellate & Writ Practice (Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur): Led by Advocate Aman Chhabra, our High Court office focuses on questions of constitutional law, statutory interpretation, criminal appeals, habeas corpus petitions, and quashing petitions under Section 528 BNSS / Section 482 CrPC.
